About Our Founder
The Collective Construction Owner & Founder Joe Klecha has great knowledge about our region and brings a passion for local impact in all that he does. He is a strong business leader who desires to serve others in all aspects of his life.
As a board member for United Way of the CSRA, Joe is a leader who is engaging, thoughtful and focused on maximum return for the community. He is also deeply engaged with his church and serves in various ministries to ensure that our youth and those in need are served throughout the community.
